Success Partner Program Terms

The Success Partner Program, also known as the affiliate program, is operated by Bhatti Enterprises, under the brand Success with Ze₹0™.

By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Success Partner Program, you agree to these terms.

Program Summary

• Your referred customer receives 10% off an eligible first order.
• You receive a 40% commission on each eligible and verified sale.
• Commission is based on the net product amount collected after discounts.
• Rewards apply only to direct sales made through your unique referral link or code.
• This is a single-level affiliate program.
• There is no fee to join.
• No income or sales are guaranteed.

1. About the Program

The Success Partner Program allows approved partners to recommend eligible Success Kit products using a unique affiliate link or discount code.

Partners may earn a commission when a customer completes an eligible purchase that is correctly tracked and verified.

The program is designed to reward genuine product recommendations. It is not an employment opportunity, franchise, investment scheme, multi-level marketing program, or guaranteed source of income.

2. Eligibility

To join the program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be legally able to enter into a contract.
• Provide correct and complete registration information.
• Have a valid email address, mobile number, PAN, and payout details when requested.
• Follow these terms and all applicable laws.
• Use honest and responsible marketing practices.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We may approve, reject, suspend, or close an account at our reasonable discretion.

3. Affiliate Approval

After approval, you may receive:

• A unique affiliate link.
• A personal discount or referral code.
• Access to an affiliate dashboard.
• Approved banners, images, messages, videos, and promotional material.
• Commission and sales reports.

Your account is personal to you. You must not sell, transfer, rent, or share your affiliate account with another person.

4. Customer Discount

A referred customer may receive 10% off an eligible order when using your valid affiliate link or code.

Unless stated otherwise:

• The discount applies to eligible Success Kit products.
• It applies to the customer’s first eligible order.
• It cannot be combined with another coupon or promotional offer.
• It has no cash value.
• It cannot be applied after an order is completed.
• It may be changed, paused, or withdrawn for future purchases.

The current offer may be displayed in your affiliate dashboard.

5. Commission Rate

Partners receive a 40% commission on the Net Sale Amount of every eligible and verified direct sale.

Net Sale Amount

“Net Sale Amount” means the product amount actually collected from the customer:

• After the customer’s 10% discount and any other approved discount.
• Excluding GST and other applicable taxes.
• Excluding canceled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, duplicate, or charged-back amounts.
• Excluding any amount that was not successfully collected.

For example, if the Net Sale Amount is ₹1,000, the provisional affiliate commission is ₹400 before any legally required tax deduction.

Commission is not calculated using an original, crossed-out, or comparison price.

6. Eligible Sales

A sale is eligible only when:

• The customer uses your valid affiliate link or referral code.
• Tracking records the order under your account.
• The order is successfully paid.
• The transaction is genuine.
• The customer is not referring themselves.
• The order is not canceled, refunded, disputed, duplicated, or fraudulent.
• The promotion follows these terms.

You earn commission only on direct customer sales credited to you. You do not earn commission for recruiting another affiliate or from another affiliate’s sales.

7. Tracking and Attribution

The program may use cookies, referral links, codes, and other tracking methods.

Our recommended attribution settings are:

• Cookie period: 30 days.
• Attribution model: Last valid affiliate referral.
• Validation period: 14 days after purchase.

Where several partners refer the same customer, the sale will normally be credited to the last valid tracked referral before purchase.

Tracking can be affected by browser settings, deleted cookies, privacy tools, device changes, incorrect links, or customer actions. We cannot guarantee tracking when the required technical data is unavailable.

Our tracking system and order records will be used to make the final attribution decision.

8. Validation and Reversals

Commission first appears as pending.

A pending commission may be approved after the validation period when the order has been confirmed as genuine.

Commission may be canceled or reversed for:

• Canceled orders.
• Refunds or chargebacks.
• Failed or reversed payments.
• Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
• Duplicate orders.
• Self-referrals.
• Misuse of coupons or tracking links.
• Violation of these program terms.
• Misleading promotion that contributed to the sale.

We may hold suspicious commissions while reviewing the related transactions.

9. Payouts

Approved commissions will normally be paid:

• Once each month.
• After reaching a minimum approved balance of ₹500.
• Through an available bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, or another approved method.
• After required verification and tax details are received.

Balances below the payout threshold will roll forward to the next payout period.

Payout processing may take longer due to banking delays, verification, holidays, payment service issues, or compliance checks.

Partners are responsible for keeping their payout information correct.

10. Taxes and Documentation

Affiliate commission may be taxable income.

You are responsible for:

• Reporting your affiliate income.
• Paying applicable income tax, GST, or other taxes.
• Providing PAN, bank details, address, invoices, declarations, or other documents when legally required.
• Confirming whether GST registration or invoicing applies to you.

We may deduct TDS or another legally required amount before payment.

Any tax certificate or payout document will be issued according to applicable Law and the information provided by the partner.

11. Required Affiliate Disclosure

Every public promotion must clearly disclose that you may receive a commission.

The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand. It must not be hidden after a “more” button, at the end of a long caption, or among many hashtags.

Suitable examples include:

Affiliate link: I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.

Ad — I may receive a commission from eligible purchases.

Sponsored affiliate recommendation.

The disclosure should appear before or close to the affiliate link, recommendation, video, post, or message.

12. Approved Marketing

Partners may promote Success Kit through:

• Personal WhatsApp conversations.
• Social-media posts and stories.
• YouTube videos.
• Blogs and websites.
• Email sent to people who agreed to receive it.
• Educational content.
• Approved banners and marketing material.
• Genuine personal recommendations.

Partners must:

• Describe the product honestly.
• Use current prices and offer details.
• Clearly explain what the kit includes.
• State that learning, practice, effort, and action are required.
• Use approved brand material wherever possible.
• Correct outdated or inaccurate posts promptly.

13. Prohibited Claims

You must not claim or suggest that:

• Income is guaranteed.
• Buyers will earn a fixed amount.
• Buyers will recover their purchase price.
• Success Kit provides instant money.
• No work, learning, or effort is required.
• Everyone will achieve the same results.
• Buyers can earn ₹40 lakh, $50,000, or another amount by buying the kit.
• Success Kit guarantees employment, clients, sales, or business success.
• Personal creator results are typical customer results.
• You officially represent Success with Ze₹0™ unless authorized in writing.

You may discuss the affiliate commission accurately, but you must not present potential affiliate income as guaranteed.

A suitable statement is:

Partners earn 40% on eligible verified sales. Actual earnings depend on successful referrals and are not guaranteed.

14. Prohibited Promotional Methods

You must not:

• Send bulk unsolicited WhatsApp messages, SMS, emails, or direct messages.
• Use spam, bots, fake accounts, or purchased contact lists.
• Make fake reviews or testimonials.
• Offer unauthorized cashback or discounts.
• Publish false urgency or fake countdown claims.
• Place links on illegal, harmful, adult, hateful, or misleading websites.
• Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, or misleading buttons.
• Purchase through your own link.
• Ask friends or family to place fake orders.
• Create duplicate accounts.
• Use another person’s payment or identity details to generate commission.
• Copy, sell, upload, or distribute Success Kit content.
• Give customers unauthorized access to paid content.
• Claim to provide official customer support.

15. Paid Advertising and Brand Bidding

You may not run paid advertising using our brand without written approval.

Without written permission, you must not bid on or target terms such as:

• Success with Ze₹0
• Success with Zero
• Success Kit
• Dhaval Bhatti
• Bhatti Enterprises
• Similar spellings, variations, or brand-related keywords

You must not:

• Use our name in an advertising account that appears official.
• Send paid-ad traffic directly to an affiliate link.
• Create domains, subdomains, pages, usernames, or profiles that may be confused with our official brand.
• Use misleading display URLs.
• Copy our website or landing-page design.

16. Coupon and Deal Websites

You may not publish affiliate codes on coupon, discount, cashback, browser-extension, or deal websites without written approval.

Codes must not be submitted to public coupon databases or automatically injected into customer checkouts.

Unauthorized coupon distribution may result in canceled commission and account termination.

17. Intellectual Property

Success with Ze₹0™, Success Kit, logos, books, videos, graphics, screenshots, templates, and other content belong to Bhatti Enterprises or their respective owners.

Approved partners receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use authorized marketing materials only for promoting the program.

You may not:

• Misleadingly change the logo.
• Remove disclaimers.
• Sell or license our marketing assets.
• Claim ownership of our content.
• Register our brand as a domain, trademark, business name, social profile, or advertising account.
• Create a product that copies or closely imitates Success Kit.

This license ends when your participation ends.

18. Customer Information and Privacy

Partners must not collect unnecessary customer information on our behalf.

You must protect any personal information you lawfully receive and use it only for its stated purpose.

You must not:

• Sell customer information.
• Share customer information without permission.
• Store passwords or payment information.
• Misrepresent how customer information will be used.
• Contact referred customers as though you are official Success Kit support.

Our website Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our store and affiliate platform.

19. No Earnings Guarantee

Joining the Success Partner Program does not guarantee sales, customers, commissions, income, profit, or business growth.

Affiliate performance depends on several factors, including:

• Audience interest.
• Content quality.
• Promotion method.
• Customer demand.
• Product selection.
• Compliance with these terms.
• Individual effort and consistency.

Past or example affiliate results do not promise future results.

20. Independent Relationship

You participate as an independent affiliate.

Nothing in these terms creates:

• An employer–employee relationship.
• An agency relationship.
• A partnership in Law.
• A franchise.
• A joint venture.
• Authority to enter agreements on our behalf.

You are responsible for your own working methods, equipment, costs, taxes, and marketing activities.

21. Suspension and Termination

You may leave the program at any time.

We may suspend or terminate participation when a partner:

• Breaks these terms.
• Uses misleading claims.
• Commits or attempts fraud.
• Harms customers or the brand.
• Misuses intellectual property.
• Creates legal, compliance, payment, or reputation risk.
• Remains inactive for an extended period.
• Provides false account or payout information.

Following termination:

• You must stop using affiliate links and brand materials.
• Valid approved commissions may still be paid.
• Commissions connected to fraud, prohibited conduct, or invalid sales may be canceled.
• Customer access to purchased products will not be affected.

22. Program Changes

We may update:

• Commission rates.
• Customer discounts.
• Eligible products.
• Cookie duration.
• Validation periods.
• Payout thresholds.
• Marketing rules.
• Affiliate tools.
• These terms.

Changes will normally apply to future referrals after the stated effective date.

Where practical, material changes will be communicated via the affiliate dashboard, the website, or the registered email address.

Continuing to use the program after a change means you accept the updated terms.

23. Program Availability

We may pause, modify, or close the program.

If the program closes, eligible approved commissions earned before the closure date will be handled according to these terms, subject to validation and legal requirements.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by Law, Bhatti Enterprises will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities, expected commissions, platform downtime, tracking failures, social-media restrictions, account suspensions, or third-party service failures.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [Gandhinagar, Gujarat], unless applicable Law requires otherwise.

Before starting court proceedings, both parties should first try to resolve the matter through written communication.

27. Acceptance

By joining or continuing to participate in the Success Partner Program, you confirm that:

• You have read these terms.
• You understand the 40% commission calculation.
• You understand that commissions require verified sales.
• You will disclose your affiliate relationship.
• You will not make guaranteed-income claims.
• You agree to follow all program rules.
